Fleet & telematics
Every vehicle on the map in real time, with status, battery and trip history. Lock and unlock remotely — nobody has to drive out to the vehicle.
Rollio runs the rental end to end — driver app, vehicle telematics, payments and identity checks — without stitching five disconnected systems together yourself.

Payments & notifications
Telematics, rentals, payments, verification and support are not five separate programs; they are one. The driver unlocks from their phone; you see what happened, where, when and by whom.
From the moment a driver installs the app to the invoice and the vehicle's next service — one database, one panel.
Every vehicle on the map in real time, with status, battery and trip history. Lock and unlock remotely — nobody has to drive out to the vehicle.
The driver finds the vehicle, reserves it, unlocks it and returns it from their phone — with pick-up and drop-off photos on every rental.
Four steps before a driver can unlock their first vehicle: email, mobile number, licence or ID reviewed by a person, and a payment card.
Charge per minute, hour or day — the system applies whichever is cheapest for the driver. Refund requests go through your approval.
You define where a vehicle may travel and where it may be returned. You see how hard your fleet is working, per vehicle and per period.
Damage is reported with photos from inside the app and becomes a work order. Driver requests land as tickets, not as missed calls.
Several companies can run on the same installation, with their data isolated inside the database itself — not only in application code.
The fleet runs on Greek roads — cars and e-scooters, with unlocking from the app and charging that takes care of itself.
A Traccar-compatible tracker. On cars we work with Teltonika devices, on e-scooters with the OKAI IoT module. Locking and unlocking are sent as commands to that device — no extra box required.
Payments run through Viva.com. The driver's card is registered once and later rentals are charged automatically; refund requests need your approval before they are executed.
Today the driver app ships for Android. The iOS build is on the roadmap — we do not present it as available until it ships.
Yes. Each operator has its own fleet, its own users and its own financials. The separation does not rest on application code alone: it is enforced by the database itself through row-level security.
In four steps: email confirmation, mobile confirmation by SMS, a licence or ID document approved by a person, and card registration. If even one is missing, the vehicle stays locked.
Half an hour is enough to walk the whole flow: vehicle, driver verification, unlock, charge, receipt.
